Return & Refund Policy

Given the high-value nature of loose natural gemstones ($1,000 – $10,000 USD), returns are strictly governed to protect both the buyer and the integrity of our authenticated inventory.

Conditions for Return Requests

  • Return requests must be formally submitted via email or certified WhatsApp within seven (7) calendar days of tracking delivery confirmation.
  • The gemstone must remain in its original, unaltered state. Any cutting, polishing, setting into jewelry, or physical damage voids the return policy completely.
  • The original accompanying laboratory certificate must be returned intact and undamaged.

Anti-Fraud Vetting for Returns

Before any refund is authorized or processed, the returned gemstone must pass a verification check:

  • The package must be opened in the presence of authorized gemologists to ensure the stone matches the exact unique mineral inclusions, carat weight, and dimensions logged in our database prior to export.
  • If the stone is confirmed authentic and unaltered, a full refund (minus shipping, customs clearance handling fees, and bank transaction charges) will be wired to the buyer's originating account within seven (7) business days.
